PURPOSE:To produce a dog food having uniformly mixed taste and smell of bovine bone soup, uniformly distributed beef tallow component, excellent palatability to dog and feeding continuation, by using bovine bone soup as water for kneading raw material powder. CONSTITUTION:Ground bovine bone and bovine muscle are boiled in water until the marrow of a bone is melted to give bovine bond soup. Separately grain flour such as maize flour, wheat flour, etc., is mixed with wheat bran, rice bran, meat powder, meat and bone powder, etc., in a given ratio, stirred and ground. A proper amount of the bovine bond soup kept warm at 40-70 deg.C is sprayed upon the blend, which is heated by steam while humidifying, then the steamed material is extruded under pressure, granulated and dried into about 8% moisture content. |
