PURPOSE:To obtain an ECT image with high accuracy by calculating previously the positions and crossing lengths of respective pixels where projection lines extend from an origin in respective directions pass, and finding data on pixels positioned except at the origin by using the calculated data. CONSTITUTION:Position data on the respective pixels where the projection lines extending from the origin in respective directions pass and crossing length data on the respective pixels are calculated previously and stored in a table 03 as a table, and the stored position data are shifted in origin to obtain position data and passing length data on respective pixels where a projection line from a aimed pixel passes; and the absorption coefficient of the aimed pixel is read out of an absorber distribution memory 02 and both of them are multiplied by each other through a multiplier 05 and added by an adder 06. An arithmetic device 07 finds a projection value by using the nuclear species concentration value of the pixel read out of a concentration distribution memory 01 according to the output of the adder 06 and the position data on the aimed pixel.
