PURPOSE:To make it possible to drain the condensed medium on the condensing heat transfer surface even at a relatively low voltage by making the natural frequency of the surface of the condensed medium synchronized with the voltage fluctuation of a high voltage so that a resonance may be induced. CONSTITUTION:A medium 12 such as Freon is condensed on the heat transfer surface 11 of a condensing heat exchanger, and an electrode 13 is disposed opposite to the liquid surface of the medium 12. A voltage fluctuation generator 14 converts the voltage from a power source 15 to a desired fluctuation frequency. When the voltage fluctuation generator 14 outputs a voltage fluctuation same as the natural frequency of the liquid surface 17, the oscillation of the liquid surface 17 becomes resonant, and so the liquid surface 17 can reach the electrode 13 even under low voltage. |
