The invention is based on a light-collecting, flexible film of fluorescent material having a high-gloss, smooth surface on the upper side and underside. Powered by diffused light, which is available virtually everywhere, small surface areas of such films can be made to light up powerfully by being embossed or brightly coated on the rear side. Embossing and coating are irreversible. To make the storing of graphics, written documents and the like irreversible as well when using light-collecting films, a device having an underlay of greater rigidity than the light-collecting film and bearing a diffusing, strongly reflecting layer directly underneath the high-gloss and smooth upper surface is proposed, the light-collecting film being in operative connection with the underlay in such a way that it can be lifted off the underlay and laid onto the underlay, so that, by slight local pressure on the upper surface of the light-collecting film lying on the underlay, the pressure point(s) is (are) made to light up for a prolonged period, the light-collecting film not being plastically deformed by the pressure briefly required for the storing operation.
