PURPOSE:To enable maintenance operations to be performed on a floor and reduce mistakes in the operations, by connecting a casing with each duct, and placing each partition plate for pressing a heat insulator against the inner surface of the casing and main apparatuses such as a compressor on a bottom plate constituting the lower face of the casing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of replacing a main apparatus, e.g., a compressor 45 which has, an inspection port 25 larger than a bottom plate 41 in area is opened, a plurality of bolts 54 connecting the bottom plate 41 with fixing pieces 53 are removed, and the bottom plate 41 is lowered by receiving it by a supporting carrier truck. With the bottom plate 41 lowered, the main apparatus is also lowered, leaving in the ceiling a top plate 28a lined with an insulator 40 and suspended by suspension bolts 29, a casing 28 constituted of side plates 30 on four sides, and ducts 32, 34, 36, 38 remaining in connection with the casing 28. The bottom plate 41 is placed on a floor. Thus, the compressor is replaced on the floor. After the replacement is over, the bottom plate 41 is lifted again upward, and is assembled in a sequence reverse to that for disassembling the casing 28. |
