A condom, being a mechanical contraceptive that collects the seminal discharge, comprises a reservoir (7) and a passage piece (4) which is inserted into the terminal section (1) of the front urethra (2). The passage piece (4) is shaped so as to fit the arched terminal section (1) of the front urethra (2), and it possesses rounded outer grooves (5) having a smooth, skin-compatible surface on to which the urethral wall adheres elastically and sealingly. Moreover, the passage piece (4) is provided with a suction cuff (8) which brings about an additional, elastic adhesion on the glans. The outside of the penis (3) remains almost free because the condom is hardly in contact with it, so that the sensation remains unimpaired. The urethra is constantly sealed, independently of changes in the diameter of the body of the penis. <IMAGE>
