PURPOSE:To perform arithmetic among signals from respective separation and development and extract radiation energy when a photoelectric read is made by making an electromagnetic scan after absorbing the radiation energy from the separation and development of a sample to which a radioactive label is added by a storage type fluorescent material sheet. CONSTITUTION:The radiation energy of a sample having four resolved bodies, i.e. (1) specific cut resolved body of guanine (G), (2) specific cut resolved body of G plus specific cut resolved body of adenine (A), (3) specific cur resolved body of thymine pluse specific cut resolved body of cytosine (C), and (4) specific cut resolved body of C is transferred to and stored on the storage type fluorescent material sheet for the autoradiography of a separation and development series (migration series) wherein respective specific cut resolved bodies of bases of DNA to which radioactive labels are added, and then while the sheet is read photoelectrically to perform arithmetic (e.g. subtraction) among signals of respective separation and development series, obtaining separation and development series of G, C, A, and T which are not a mixture. |
