摘要 A permanent-magnet-excited hysteresis coupling is described which has a hysteresis part (1), which is constructed as a bell-type rotor, and an excitation part (2), which consists of an inner and an outer pole ring (3, 4), the magnet poles being arranged on both outer surfaces of the bell-type rotor. The essential feature in this case is that the pole rings (3, 4) consist of soft-magnetic material and permanent-magnet pieces (5, 6) which are completely embedded in the soft-magnetic material, so that magnetic poles facing the bell-type rotor are formed alternately by the permanent magnet and the soft magnet. Furthermore, the outer and the inner pole ring (3, 4) are rigidly connected to one another but are magnetically separated by an intermediate ring (7) which cannot be magnetised. A major saving in high quality (high cost) magnetic material is achieved here, with a simple type of design. An adjustable torque can be achieved by a variable insertion depth of the hysteresis ring body (2), for example by means of a threaded spindle (14) and lock nut (15). In addition, the pole rings are aligned such that poles of the same type are in each case radially opposite from the outer pole ring to the inner pole ring. <IMAGE>
