PURPOSE:To effectively perform the weighing, cutting and forming of a meat lump by reciprocating a piston in a cylinder to cut a meat lump, pressing the meat and delivering to the subsequent processing step. CONSTITUTION:A piston 39 is moved to form a weighing chamber O in a cylinder 22 and a meat lump is pressed through a meat-charging port into the chamber. The meat lump is cut with the sliding face C between the meat-charging port 21A and a meat-outlet port 24 according to the rotation of the cylinder and stored in the cylinder. The cut meat is pressed with the piston 39 and discharged through a meat-discharging port 21B to the subsequent processing step. Meat lumps having desired quantity and shape can always be obtained by the above weighing, cutting and forming processes. |
