A method for the production of prebaked filled pastry products, especially products suitable for crisping in the toaster, comprises the steps of rolling a piece of dough to a thickness of at most 1.5 to 2 millimetres, cutting of the dough piece to have twice the wildth of the end product, applying a filling and then folding over the dough piece. Then the folded dough piece is passed through a baking station, where baking takes place between two boundary devices which are disposed at a predetermined spacing below and above. |
