<p>PURPOSE:To carry out a piping work efficiently by providing a long size-pipe manufacturing space in a tunnel neighboring with a shaft, providing there a centering tentative assembly device, a welding device, an inspection device, and a gas exhaust device, connecting taken-in unit pipes to make into a long size pipe, and connecting it to a long size pipe of the preceding piping. CONSTITUTION:In a specific area neighboring with a shaft 1 in a tunnel, a long size pipe manufacturing space 2 with an expended diameter from the diameter of the tunnel 4 is provided. In this long size pipe manufacturing space 2, roller frames 6, a centering tentative assembly device, a welding device, an inspection device, and a gas exhaust device 5 are provided. Unit pipes 7 are hung down through the shaft 1, and they are connected by welding to form into a long size pipe 8 in the space 2. And after that, a running type conveyer device 9 is used to push the rear end of the long size pipe 8, to move it to connect to a preceding piping 10. As a result, the work environment is never deteriorated, and the welding and the piping work can be carried out with very high efficiency.</p> |
