摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To manage customer information without distinguishing untransacted enterprise and transacted enterprise by correspondingly managing untransacted enterprise numbers and transacted enterprise numbers in a numbered file and managing customer information in the same file without distinguishing transacted enterprises and untransacted enterprises. CONSTITUTION:This customer information management system is provided with a customer information file 7 for storing the information of customers by using untransacted enterprise numbers numbered in each information unit to be processed by a dealing shop part so as not to be overlapped as retrieving keys and a numbered file 6 for storing a transaction number allocated to each transacted enterprise correspondingly to each untransacted enterprise number and the ID number of each dealing shop part. In the case of referring/updating the information of the transacted enterprise by its corresponding transaction enterprise number, the file 6 is referred, untransacted enterprise number is detected and the file 7 is retrieved. Consequently, the transacted enterprises and untransacted enterprises are managed by indivudual customer numbers, and when an untransacted enterprise is turned to a transacted enterprice by the start of the transaction, existing information can be continuously and effectively utilized without requiring labor such as the coplying and deleting of information.</p>
