An overhanging sliding gate for entrances, comprising a top and a bottom guide rail (8, 11) forming the gate wings and interconnected e.g. by struts, and a stationary-mounted bearing device (2, 12) for two horizontally-spaced bottom runners (7) serving as bearing and guide rollers and surrounded by the bottom guide rail (8), which is a C-section hollow member having an opening through which the bearing means (5) for the runners (7) project into the hollow member, the gate comprising at least one top guide roller (10), characterised in that the C-section bottom guide rail (8) is open at the side and the horizontal axles (5) of the runners (7) project through the opening into the guide rail (8).</p> |
