The bottom of a housing (21) is opened in the downward direction, and a diaphragm (25) is mounted on the open end surface. A pressure chamber (24) is defined by the inner surface of the housing and the diaphragm. The housing is provided with a liquid inlet port (22) and a liquid outlet port (23) which communicate with the pressure chamber. A locking projection provided on the inner surface of the upper end portion of a cylindrical connector (26) is engaged with a locking groove (34) provided in the outer circumferential surface of a side portion of the housing. Thus the connector can be rotatably mounted to the housing. A remale screw is provided in the inner surface of the connector. When this connector is turned, a transducer, which is provided with a male screw on the outer surface is threadedly connected. Thus the transducer is combined with the housing with a pressure-receiving plate in contact with the diaphragm. |
