<p>PURPOSE:To surely perform collation and confirmation for both recording and reproducing specifications by providing plural bar code reading means confronting with the linear transportation route of a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:Since the stripe pattern of a bar code is arranged so as to be set orthogonally to a moving direction and a direction B, bar code information can be read by the bar code reading means 6a, 6b while the recording medium is being moved on the linear transportation route. Velocity change occurs to some extent while a cassette is transported, which generates erroneous reading. To prevent such erroneous reading, the plural bar code reading means 6a, 6b are provided, and an error can be reduced by performing reading for several number of times. Thereby, it is possible to surely perform the collation and the confirmation for the recording and reproducing specifications.</p> |
