PURPOSE:To offer a measuring head fixture by which the measuring head can be precisely positioned at a certain angle against a rotating body which is an object to be measured, and using method thereof. CONSTITUTION:This measuring head fixture 60 has at least two of receptacles 61 and 62 that receive the measuring heads 20, and is constituted so that mutually same points on an object 50 to be measured, may be irradiated with a laser beam projected from the measuring head, when the measuring head is received by the angle theta. Therefore, by receiving the measuring head 20 by the first receptacle 61 of the two receptacles of the measuring head fixture 60 and by regulating the head so that peripheral velocity of a rotating body, under this condition, may be detected to be zero, the irradiation beam is regulated to proceed to a rotation center of the rotating body. Then, after regulating in that way, the measuring head 20 is received by the second receptacle 62 to measure peripheral velocity of the rotating body 50. |
