摘要 PURPOSE:To search a shortest route while considering passage cost to be changed by time. CONSTITUTION:The passage cost between plural nodes and a node depending on time is inputted from an input part 11 and stored in a storage part 12, and a neural circuit unit is prepared to express an order for turning around the nodes for each time by a preprocessing part 13. The passage cost depending on the above-mentioned time is converted to weight between neural circuit network units, and the neural circuit network is constituted to search the shortest route. Then, a calculation part 14 searches and stores the minimum point of an evaluation function to evaluate it based on the result of the preprocessing part 13 whether the route is shortest over all the time or not, and a post processing part 15 converts the minimum point of this obtained evaluation function to the shortest route turning around all the nodes at minimum cost and outputs it from an output part 16.
