In an immunological measuring method which comprises reacting a specimen containing a substance or substances to be measured with an insolubilized antibody or antigen and measuring the substance or substances to be measured based on the immunological reaction brought about between them, an improved immunological measuring method for measuring at one time the total amount of two or more substances to be measured, wherein two or more antibodies or antigens are employed as the insolubilized antibody or insolubilized antigen, and a measuring reagent therefor.
