<p>PURPOSE:To conserve energy by reducing a movable part, by pressurizing a pressurizing/cooling tank, which sucks steam or separates the same by condensation through a steam separation membrane, by utilizing expansion and contraction of the steam in the heating/cooling tank connected to a steam separation membrane module. CONSTITUTION:A current is supplied to a heater 17 by a change-over switch and, at the same time, a state closing a solenoid valve 16 and a state operating a fan 12 are changed over at every definite time. The steam passing through a steam separation membrane module 1 to enter a heating/cooling tank 19 is heated by the supply of a current to the heater 17, and the pressure of the gas in said tank 9 rises and a check valve 14 is closed and a check valve 15 is opened. Since the valve 16 is closed, the steam is moved to a pressurizing/ cooling tank 10 by the high pressure gas, and cooled by a fan 13 always held to an operating state to be condensed. When the operation state of the fan 13 is changed over to that of the fan 12, the heating/cooling tank 9 is cooled to be lowered in its internal pressure and the valve 14 is opened while the valve 15 is closed and steam is sucked in to the tank 9 from the module 11.</p> |
