发明名称 ELECTRODE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRON TUBE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To much improve welding strength in junction parts by closely adhering thick fitting rings made of tantalum or molybdenum to the welding parts for thin materials made of tantalum or molybdenum so that they are unitedly welded with each other. CONSTITUTION:Thick fitting rings 21, 22, 23, respectively, are closely attached to the three welding parts which are composed of supporting cylinders 14 and 12 made of Mo, a heat-reflecting cylinder 20, and the supporting cylinder 12, concerning thin electrode supporting cylinders 18 and 19 made of Ta, which are installed in a cathode structure of a traveling-wave tube. The rings 21, 22, and 23 are made of Ta or Mo. The respective parts are welded by laser as shown in an arrow P. Thus a high-reliability supporting structure for supported electrodes, with much improved joint strength in the welding parts, can be obtained.</p>
