PURPOSE:To prevent air intake through nozzles to improve reliability by providing a printer head which ejects ink forward after receiving ink from the center of a pressure chamber and also supplies ink backward,and also a mechanism to feed the ink supplied backward to nozzles at given time lags through a bypass. CONSTITUTION:Ink is supplied to a pressure chamber 3 through its center 18, and a piezoelectric ceramics 1 is deformed when a voltage is applied, resulting in the sagging of an upper plate of the pressure chamber and ejection of ink in a forward nozzle 7 direction and a backward bypass inlet 6 direction under pressure. The ink ejected to the bypass inlet 6 side is supplied to nozzles from a bypass outlet 5 after passing through a bypass from the bypass inlet 6. At that time, the ink reaching the nozzle via the bypass is supplied at a time lag proportional to the length of the rear 19 of the pressure chamber compared to the ink ejected forward, because a sag occurs in accordance with an ink pressure in the rear of the pressure chamber. |
