NEW MATERIAL:The protease F-III- I -HM-27 [elementary analysis (%), C-48.61, H=6.58, N=14.75, S=2.03; amino acid composition, table I ; molecular weight, 32400+ or -2000; deactivated completely by keeping at 70 deg.C for 60min], protease F-III-2-HM-89, protease F-0-HM-45, protease F- I -1-HM-54, protease F- I -2-HM- 15 and protease F-II-HM-64. USE:A thrombolytic agent exhibiting fibrinolytic and thrombolytic activity. White amorphous powder. PREPARATION:Earthworm is extracted with an aqueous solvent (e.g. saline water, buffer solution, etc.) for a proper time (<=500 days, especially 30min-30 days) at a proper temperature (<=60 deg.C, especially 5-40 deg.C), and the obtained extract liquid is if necessary maintained at a proper temperature for a proper period. The obtained crude product is purified to obtain the objective protease. |
