PURPOSE:To obtain a copy having a high picture quality by providing a low molecular weight polyalkylene compound, paraffin wax, fatty acid metallic salt or higher fatty acid to the surface of the copy through the fixing roller surface and/or the applying roller surface. CONSTITUTION:A visible image obtained by developing an electrostatic charge image on an electrophotographic photosensitive body or an electrostatic recording body is transferred to transfer paper, and thereafter, at the time of obtaining a copy by allowing said paper to pass through between a fixing roller 1 and a pressure roller 4 pressed against each other and fixing it, or at the time of obtaining the copy by allowing it to pass through between an applying roller and the pressurizing roller pressure against each other, after the fixation, a low molecular weight polyalkylene compound, paraffin wax, and fatty acid metallic salt or higher fatty acid whose carbon number if >=28 are provided to the surface of the copy through the surface of the fixing roller 1 and/or the surface of the applying roller. A suitable application quantity to transfer paper 6 of a glossy material 3 is 0.1-1g/m<2>. In such a manner, glass is given to an image surface and a non-image surface. |
