PURPOSE:To improve security by inhibiting processing such as read/correction of a record whose verification status is already verified if information representing a authorized person is not inputted. CONSTITUTION:A record from a keyboard 2 is displayed on a display device 4 via a control section 8 from a key input section 3. The control section 8 adds a verification status 22 to input data 21 to form a new record 20 and store it in a file 6. Then a password is inputted from the keyboard 2, and when it is the permitted pass word, a record number of the object of verification is inputted from the keyboard 2, the record 20 is read from the file 6 and displayed on the display device 4. When the authorized person gives verification from the keyboard 2, the control section 8 rewrites the status 22 from the unverified status to the verified status and stores the result in the file 6. If the information representing the authorized person is not inputted, the read/correction of the verified record 20 is inhibited to improve the security. |
