PURPOSE:To quickly perform postscripts, corrections, etc., of slips or the like and sometimes to omit these operations, by storing those slips, etc., in a memory device in the form of the original picture data and carrying out the postscripts and corrections via the memory device. CONSTITUTION:The identification codes of the slips to receive postscripts and corrections are inputted through a keyboard 1 together with the partial picture numbers of the areas to receive the postscripts and corrections. A picture compiling device 11 compiles the original form information for postscripts and corrections in response to said input received via the keyboard 1 and outputs original data from the picture output device 12. An operator for postscripts and corrections performs manual postscripts and corrections to the original form and inputs this original data through a picture input device 3. Then a partial picture segmenting device 21 segments the corresponding part of the input pictures and sends it to a picture replacement device 14. The device 14 stores the postscript or correction items to a partial picture memory device 17 after replacement based on the postscript or correction information. |
