PURPOSE:To obtain an icy solid product drinkable after dissolving in hot water or drinking water without deterioration of its flavor and taste, by concentrating a tasty beverage such as Japanese tea, black tea, coffee or cocoa and then immediately cooling a cup of the concentrated drink into an icy state. CONSTITUTION:A tasty beverage such as Japanese tea, Chinese tea, black tea, coffee or cocoa is concentrated and then immediately cooled into an icy state by one cup (a portion for one person) unit to provide the objective icy solid product retaining lasting flavor without oxidation. |
