摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent high temperature water from being delivered from a shower head and consequently enable to improve the operability of the title mixing device by a method wherein a mixing valve driving device and a flow control valve driving device are controlled independently and a controller, which changes the hot water supplying conditions based upon the signal of retention detector, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A controller 20 actuates so as to coincide the temperature and flow rate of mixed water with the set temperature and flow rate by driving a mixing valve 8 by the signal sent to a mixing valve driving device 9 based upon the amount of deviation obtained by comparing the temperature of mixed water detected by a temperature detector 10 with the temperature set by a presetter of quantities of state 19 and by driving a flow control valve 12 by the signal sent to a flow control valve driving device 13 based upon the amount of deviation obtained by comparing the flow rate of mixed water detected by a flow detector 11 with the flow rate set by the presetter of quantities of state 19. In addition, the signal of a retention detector 18 assembled in a retainer 17 drives the flow control valve 12 in order for a delivery port to connect to a bath side when a shower head is retained and to change over to a shower side when the shower head is not retained. At the same time, when the mixed water is delivered on the shower side, the controller 20 controls the mixing valve 8 and the flow control valve 12 so as to coincide the flow rate of the delivering mixed water with the preset flow rate.
