PURPOSE:To readily obtain a bath agent having both efficacy of a crude drug and refreshing feeling at a low cost, by using a substance selected from hot spring ingredients and saccharides as a carrier, carrying a crude drug extract thereon and blending a refrigerant and parent chemical of the crude drug and, as desired, hot spring ingredients therewith. CONSTITUTION:An extracted essence of a crude drug, e.g. Lingusticum acutilobum (Japanese angelica root), Matricaria chamomilla L., etc., are carried on one or two or more more substances, e.g. sodium hydrogencarbonate, sodium borate, starch, glucose, etc., selected from hot spring ingredients and saccharides and a refrigerant, e.g. menthol, camphene, spearmint oil, etc., parent chemical of crude drug and, as desired, further hot spring ingredients are blended therewith to afford the aimed bath agent. The resultant blend in an amount for each use is filled in a tea bag container for leaching to produce the bath agent. |
