PURPOSE:To enhance the safety with simple constitution by providing a 1st kind address number open to all subscribers and a 2nd kind address number given only to a subscriber participating in the communication as address signal of a packet signal. CONSTITUTION:A packet signal is sectioned by a start delimiter SD and an end delimiter ED and consists of address information AD, a TYP bit representing its kind and user information INFO. The information of TPY=0 is based on an address information open to general subscribers an its address number consists of a destination physical address PDA and a sender physical address PSA in pairs. The communication for TYP=0 is attained without inquiring about a management section of the network. In case of TPY=1, the address number is given by a physical channel number LCN. The LCN is used only when the network manager admits the communication.
