The device finds application in motor vehicles, especially in city buses, route taxis, etc. It provides for smooth drive, transition from one mode of operation to another with a possibility for automatic control. The device consists of a reversible hydro-machine (1), filters (2 and 8), reservoir (3 and 17), throttle valves (5, 11, 12 and 13), bevel fit valves (6 and 7), safety overflow valve (9), pressure relays (14 and 15), manometer (16), hydraulic distributor (10) and valve (4).
