PURPOSE:To reduce the damage of a supporting structure and loss of power during shifting by a structure wherein an extruder base is supported on rails by means of rolling elements. CONSTITUTION:Each roller follower 10 is attached to an extruder base 1 by directly inserting its shaft 14 into each hole 13 provided on the side of the extruder base 1 and fixing said shaft 14 by each pin 16. Slide stoppers 12 are attached to the base by abutting against it from below by means of screws 15 so as to form a pair with each roller follower 10 or to arrange at the positions corresponding to the positions of the front and the rear roller followers 10. At the touching of a nozzle or purging, the extruder base 1 runs on rails through the rolling elements (roller followers 10). In addition, the tractive force at the touching of the nozzle and the moment developed by the reactions (the arrows (a) and (b)) due to the nozzle touching of a ball screw for touching nozzle are received by the forward rolling elements so as to act as the axis of rotation. Because the shifting is done through the rolling elements, the resistance between the base and the rails during shifting is very small and consequently the loss of power is also small. |
