PURPOSE:To shorten a loading time by executing the loading processing in parallel to the receiving of data. CONSTITUTION:The data transmitted from a loading device through a communication line 12 are stored into a RAM 19. In a serial interface 10, when one character is received, a sign and a character are given through a bus 14 to a CPU 16 and a record leading character is decided. When decision is affirmative, directly and when it is negative, a character binary conversion is executed, a table 181 is referred by condition information and a receiving character, a program processing is executed and an initial condition is returned.
