The present invention relates to a device for angularly reflecting (returning) a light ray coming from an optical fibre, applicable especially to a lighting helmet which can be used in surgery. This device is characterised in that it comprises a first body of revolution 4, consisting of two axially-aligned cylindrical parts 4a, 4b of such a diameter that one 4a of them may house, internally, a ferrule of the optical fibre 1 while the other part 4b may be fitted tightly, perpendicular to the axis of a second, functionally cylindrical body of revolution 5 or optical-device-carrying body, including for this purpose a bore made along a radius of the said body, this second body housing various items of optical equipment 16, 17, such as focusing lenses or another optical device. <IMAGE>
