This invention presents a colorfilter fabrication method, in which by using the principle of photograph a predetermined pattern only is formed and the colorfilter is easily formed repeatedly on the pattern plate. The colorfilter fabrication method is carried out as follows. First, photosensitizers (SR, SG, SB) are applied in triple layers to the transparent glass plate (5) according to the predetermined pictures. Second, by the principle of photograph the pattern only is formed and is printed on one of the upper or lower plate. Finally, the colorfilter is formed.
