PURPOSE:To utilize the area of a chip effectively by setting the inside of a free rewriting memory circuit to a shared circuit to make application program memory and data memory so as to store said inside by utilizing an optional address. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 2, an I/O port 3, a data memory 4, a system program memory 5 and a free rewriting memory circuit 6 are formed on an IC chip 1. The circuit 6 is set to a shared circuit so as to store an application program memory 17 for writing and reading of an application program having a data processing form conforming to the object of a user and a data memory 18 for writing and reading of data made by data from the outside or an application program by utilizing an optional address. Accordingly, the degree of freedom for selecting the capacity of each memory is increased, and the area of the IC chip of high integration can be utilized effectively. |
