MAKING METHOD OF POLYAMIDE FIBER

摘要

Aromatic polyamide fiber having high strength, elasticity and antiabrasion was manufactured by spinning the liquid crystal prepolymer continuously into polymerization-promoting precipitant and by extending the molecular chain structure by molecular orientation polymerization. Thus, a mixture of equi. molecular weight aromatic diamine and aromatic diacid chloride was polymerized in amide polymerization solution which was consisted of 0.01-2 wt.% tert. amine and 0.5-15 wt.% inorganic salt at lower temperature than 40≦̸C to give liquid crystal prepolymer having 1-4 intrinsic viscosity.
