The present invention relates to a fastening panel equipped with a plurality of orifices configured to accommodate a fixing means able to support any article. The fixing means 30 comprise a rod 12 and a locking element 13 comprising a through passage 22, while each orifice of the said plurality comprises a first bore 21 extended by a second bore of greater diameter 24 whose respective axes E, D are eccentric e, the same eccentricity e being provided between the axis B of the locking element 13 and the axis C of the abovementioned passage 22. The locking element 13 is configured to penetrate into the second bore and the said rod 12 is configured to penetrate into the passage 22 and the first bore 21. The panel according to the invention is more particularly intended to be used in a classroom. <IMAGE>
