PURPOSE:To easily turn an injection molding unit by arranging rollers on either press contact face of an injection unit base or an extruder base. CONSTITUTION:Three rollers 13 are provided on the upper surface of an extruder base 3. The rollers 13 are disposed on the same radius circular arc with a pivot pin 4 as a center. In order to turn an injection molding unit, the base 3 is first moved rearward along a guide groove 7 of the base 5 of an injection molding machine, and a nozzle 8 is moved rearward to a position where it is not interfered with a stationary platen 10. Then, a jack bolt 12 is raised, the unit 1 is lowered, and the base 2 is brought in contact with the rollers 13 on the base 3. The unit 1 can be smoothly turned on the base 3 with the pin 4 as a center. |
