PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of the air onto a laser beam machining face and to perform a good working without any dispersion by composing the curtain of a shielding gas stepwise in the nozzle aperture in plural pieces for shielding provided on a nozzle end face part. CONSTITUTION:An outside nozzle 5 and inner side nozzle 6 are composed on the multinozzle for laser beam machining. Plural outside subnozzle apertures 9 and inner side subnozzle apertures 10 are provided at the end part of the outside nozzle 5 by surrounding a laser beam passage port. 1st, 2nd and innermost side gas curtains (b), (c), (d) are formed by these nozzle apertures by flowing the shielding gas. With the device of this composition, the quality can be stabilized. |
