PURPOSE:To efficiently use one hot runner block commonly in a plurality of metal molds by opening or closing the number of gates of the block contained in a mold attaching block in response to a molding. CONSTITUTION:A hot nozzle 29 is screwed in the resin supplying port of a resin passage 27 corresponding to one center gate 21. Simultaneously, a blind plug 30 is screwed in the resin supplying part of other resin passage 27, and a resin passage 26 corresponding to a position screwed with the plug 30 is blocked by a piston 33. Then a clamping ram 19 is then driven to clamp the molds, the necessary resin passage of a hot runner block 23 is formed in a cavity 20 through a hot nozzle 29 and the gate 21. A molded product is obtained by injecting melted resin by the connected passage. Since the unused passage is blocked, the resin does not stay to prevent the resin from being deteriorated in the hot runner. |
