<p>The present invention combines and controls a dispenser having an interrupted switch valve for discharging a liquid, a timing at which a liquid to be supplied into the dispenser is pressurized and a timing at which the interruptedly pressurized liquid is interruptedly opened or closed inside the dispenser. In other words, the present invention finds out a lap time between the ''open'' timing of the interrupted switch valve for supplying the pressurized liquid and the ''open'' timing of the interrupted switch valve for discharging the liquid inside the dispenser, and discharges the liquid from the dispenser only during that period of time.</p> |
