Beverages, contg. fructose, vitamin C, quinine and/or their substitutes, are further admixed with miscible mineral substances, esp. NaCl and/or K citrate and/or MgCO3 and/or CaCO3 and/or KCl, Na citrate, Mg citrate, Ca citrate, Ca gluconate, etc. The amt. of mineral substances is pref. 20-80 mg/l NaCl, 0.09-0.36 mg/l tri-K citrate, 0.014-0.056 mg/l MgCO3 and 0.017-0.067 mg/l CaCO3. Opt. mineral water contg. the corresp. amts. of mineral substances can be used. (c) The quinine content is 20-80 (46-55) mg/l. (d) Quinine can be replaced by naringine or spent gentian liquor wash. (e) The beverage additionally contains lime- and/or lemon extract, esp. 8-50 (12-30) g/l lime- or lemon extract, or citric acid, e.g. 3-30 g/l citric acid, and/or carbonic acid. (f) 1 l. beverage esp. contains 40-400 (120-320) esp. 180-290 g fructose and 0.4-4 (1.5-3) g vitamin C, partic. 220-280 g fructose, 2-3 g vitamin C, 20-80 mg quinine, 15-25 g lime extract as well as carbonic acid. (g) The beverage may also contain sugars other than fructose, e.g. glucose and saccharose. |
