PURPOSE:To improve a working quality by providing the detection device of the moving speed of a work table, operating the output of a laser beam corresponding to its moving speed as well and performing a cutting with its output. CONSTITUTION:An output control part 8 is provided on a laser beam device and the speed detecting circuit 82 of a work table 5, the encoder 81 of a motor 7, laser output arithmetic circuit 83, etc., are arranged at the inner part thereof. The encoder 81 directly connected to a driving motor 7 feeds to the circuit 82 the pulse of the period conformed to the actual rotation thereof and the circuit 82 inputs to the circuit 83 an actual working speed with its detection. The circuit 83 inputs to a control device 2 the laser output with its deciding based on the data of an output setting circuit 85. With this method, the laser output varies according to the work speed and the deformation of a material due to an over radiation heat can be prevented. Consequently the laser machining quality is improved. |
