PURPOSE:To obtain a plurality of wavelength outputs in a high stability by modulating parts of the output lights of a plurality of semiconductor lasers by different frequencies to be incident to an absorption cell, detecting the transmitted light of the cell to control the oscillation wavelength of the laser. CONSTITUTION:The output light of a semiconductor laser LD 1 are separately by a beam splitter BS1, reflected light becomes external output light, and the transmitted light is incident to an optical acoustic modulator UM1. Similarly the output light of a semiconductor laser LD2 is separated by a beam splitter BS2, reflected light becomes external output light, and transmitted light is incident to an optical acoustic modulator UM2. The modulators UM1, UM2 are driven through switches SW2, SW2 by the output of an oscillator SG2, modulated by different frequency to be incident to an absorption cell CL1. The transmitted light of the cell CL is synchronously rectified by a lock-in amplifiers LA1, LA2, and the oscillation frequencies of the lasers 1, 2 are controlled by current controllers CT1, CT2. Accordingly, the output of a plurality of wavelengths can be obtained in a high stability. |
