PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of an injection molding machine thereby to facilitate the assembling of the machine by supporting ball screws for axially moving an injection molding screw by a plurality of angular bearings aligned in parallel only on a rear plate. CONSTITUTION:A ball screw 8 for axially driving a screw 4 is supported to a plurality of angular bearings 10 of a rear plate 1. A thrust load applied to the screw 8 is supported by the bearings 10. When a pulley 11 is rotated, a ball nut 9 engaged with the screw 8 laterally moves the screw 8 in its axial direction. When the nut 9 is moved leftward in the drawing, a pressure plate 7 secured to the nut 9 is moved leftward in the drawing. As a result, the screw 4 fixed to the plate 7 is moved leftward in the drawing, and an injection molding is executed. |
