PURPOSE:To obtain a laser light beam of uniform rectangular shape by constructing to superpose the focused images of plane mirror segments disposed in contact outside with a parabolic rotating curved surface in the same shape as a focus surface. CONSTITUTION:A laser light 10 is irradiated in parallel with the rotating axis of a parabolic rotating surface.A segment parabolic mirror 20 is made of plane mirror segments 21-25, which are disposed in contact outside with the parabolic rotating curved surface having a focus P. The segments 21-25 are so disposed along the rotating surface to contact at the outside with the parabolic rotating curved surface perpendicular to this paper. The light 10 is focused on a focal plane 30 and a focused rectangular image 40 is formed on the focal plane 30. The focused images of the mirrors 21-25 are condensed in the same shape to the focused image 40 to obtain a laser light beam of rectangular shape having predetermined area and uniform intensity. |
