Assembly of the screw conveyor shaft pipe 1 by means of assembly shaft 2 and assembly bolts 3. The assembly method permits assembly and separation without an axial displacement of the shaft pipe and assembly shaft. Significantly faster assembly is thereby achieved. This permits a more rapid replacement of the bearing, especially on screw assemblies with built-in intermediate bearing, without separating the rest of the conveyor. <IMAGE>
