<p>Process for the mass production of potato's propagation material free from viruses and viroids, by plant tissue culture, in a manner, that the isolated cells of the potato's shoot apex tissue are cultivated in vitro in nutritive agent, then they are rooted or the formation of minitubers are induced, the rooted plants are raised to become parent plants, or further minitubers are induced, and from these minitubers further mother plants are raised, from these seedlings or small tubers are obtaining as propagation materials, or the minitubers are used as propagation materials.</p> |
