PURPOSE:To prevent the rotating speed of an output shaft from being risen above a given value, and to reduce the loss of power transmission, by moving the rotating roller on one side in the centrifugal direction as the rotation of a driving source rises, so that it can be slipped away from the rotating roller on the other side. CONSTITUTION:When an exciting coil 6 is electrified, an armature 5 is connected to the circular ring plate part 41 of a driven side rotor 4, and the rotating motion of the driven side rotor 4 is transmitted to the armature 5. And as the rotating speed of a driving engine rises, the holders 72 of all driving side rotating rollers 7a through 7c move in the centrifugal direction against coil springs 73. Further, each of the pins 72d in the holders 72 of all driving side rotating rollers 7a through 7c is positioned on far more central side than the outer circumferential end part 74b at the slit 74a of each stopper 74, and respective rotating rollers 7a, 7b, and 8a, 8b on the driving and driven sides start to slip. As a result, the rotating speed of an output shaft 63 can be prevented from rising above a given value. |
