摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the inserting pressure of an electronic parts chip even when the hardness of elastomer rubber is increased by forming a film of a material having a higher lubricating property than the elastomer has at least on the internal peripheral surfaces of through holes. CONSTITUTION:In the title holder 11, films 16 made of a material having a higher lubricating property than elastomer 14 has are formed at least on the inner peripheral surfaces of through holes 13. The films 16 are formed not only on the inner peripheral surfaces of the holes 13, but also on both main surfaces of the holder 11. A state where the holder 11 holds a plurality of electronic parts chips 12 is set by respectively inserting the chips 12 into the holes 13 of the holder 11 in a prescribed direction. At the time of inserting the chips 12, the inserting pressure per one chip 12 can be reduced to nearly half as compared with the case where the metallic thin films 16 are not formed. Then the chips 12 held by the holder 11 are again subjected to vacuum vapor plating for forming electrodes.</p>
